RETURNS

If you are not happy with the purchase you can return the item within 7 days, the item will be checked for any damages and refunded. 
 
If item is damaged on delivery, please take a picture and send via an email and return item within 7 days
BACK TO SENDER ADDRESS.

When returning please insure item sent in original condition, any damage in your care there will be a fee to pay. â€‹
 
PLEASE INSURE THE ITEM SENT BACK IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING THAT IT WAS SENT IN. 
 
Please pack with care, We will do our best to help you with any issues, if the item is the wrong one sent we will refund you once the item returns. 
 
When sending an item back, please include your name phone number order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and tell us whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund.
 
Your request will be processed, and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production or your refund is being processed. If you select a refund, you will be refunded the full cost of the item.
 
We will typically issue your refund within 48-72 hours of receiving the returned item 
 
You can cancel purchase any time before item is sent 
 
Sale or clearance items are not refundable and will not be refunded, but arrangements can be made in exceptional circumstances, we aim to please.

Purchases from Gift Shop

Misprinted, Damaged, Defective items must be returned within 4 weeks after item received from delivery date.

Please make sure your address details you supply is correct.
Your statutory rights are guaranteed when purchasing from our gift shop.

Items will be sent between 2-5 days and 2-7
During holidays and high volume seasons, delivery times increase slightly. Shipments may get delayed, if you have not received your order past estimate time, please allow a few more days.

Items are tracked. If you still have not received your order, get in touch,

When retuning items purchased from gift shop, please contact us before returning any item by email.
Sealed items cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons.

Take a picture of any items that arrive damaged and send to seeartsgallery@gmail.com.

Please contact us if the item has not arrived by email.

Product availability out of stock items are regularly updated.
You can cancel order and wait for item to be in restocked.
